Job Description

Lincoln Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technology Support Specialist to provide direct technology support across the district.

This role requires:

The employee will work as part of a team to provide technology support.
Regularly travel between and among assigned regional schools to deliver in-person support.
Install, maintain, and support all district-approved technology, including a variety of operating systems (MacOS, Windows, iOS, tvOS, and Chrome) as well as hardware, network devices, and peripherals.
Ability to troubleshoot technology and experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric information technology environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

Calendar: 8 hours/day, 260 days

Salary: $22.31/hour with a generous benefits and retirement
