Job Description

Job Title: Technician (Watches & Jewellery)

Department: WH.Recovery

Role Purpose:

To carry out delicate repairs and reassembly of watches and fashion jewellery while supporting general warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair & Reassembly

• Replace batteries, clasps, straps, and small components in watches and accessories.

• Perform minor reassembly and adjustments.

Cleaning & Quality Control

• Clean and restore the appearance of watches and jewellery items.

• Ensure items meet quality and presentation standards.

Warehouse Support & Tools Handling

• Support receiving, sorting, QC, tagging, and box picking activities.

• Maintain repair tools, equipment, and a clean work area.

Requirements:

• Experience in watches or jewellery repair.

• Basic warehouse operations knowledge.

• Flexible to support different warehouse zones.

• Strong attention to safety, detail, and quality finish.
