Key Responsibilities:
- Handle after-sales service requests related to solar inverters (troubleshooting, warranty claims, AMC, spares, etc.).
- Coordinate with service engineers, OEMs, and customers for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, warranty claims, and spare parts consumption.
- Provide technical support (remote & onsite) to clients and assist in diagnostics.
- Prepare commercial offers for AMC contracts, spare parts, and service packages.
- Follow up with customers for payments, renewals, and service agreements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses and professional handling of queries.
- Collaborate with the sales team for upselling spare parts, extended warranties, and upgrades.
- Track and analyze service KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer feedback).
- Prepare MIS reports for management on service performance and revenue.
