Job Title: Operations Executive – Generator Dealership
Location: Kochi, Kerala (Hybrid Work Mode)

Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Executive to handle day-to-day activities of our generator dealership, including sales support, logistics, service coordination, inventory, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Logistics: Manage stock, shipments, delivery schedules, and vendor coordination.
• Sales & Support: Assist sales team, handle customer queries, service requests, and AMC renewals.
• Admin & Compliance: Maintain records, invoices, licenses, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Technical Coordination: Schedule technicians, track service calls, warranty claims, and update records/ERP.

Eligibility

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Commerce
• Experience: 1–3 years in operations/service coordination
• Languages: Malayalam (must), English (preferred), Hindi (optional)
• Other: Basic knowledge of generators, MS Excel, Tally/ERP preferred, 2W/4W license is a plus

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives
