Techno Commercial Manager

The Purpose of the Role :

• Design solutions for technical LV projects, provide advice and solutions to clients.
• Deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
• Follow-up with prospective clients for sale closures

Roles & Responsibilities;

⮚ Conduct site surveys, design and develop project plans, and oversee technical aspects.

⮚ Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

⮚ Draft competitive proposals tailored to client requirements.

⮚ Finalizing client-centric proposals aligned with accepted solutions.

⮚ Manage contracts with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners, ensure quality standards and specifications.

⮚ Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

⮚ Maintain accurate records of system configurations, programming, and maintenance activities.

⮚ Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.

⮚ Collaborate with finance, accounts

⮚ Collaborate with the Sales team for potential clients

Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead generation
• Research to learn about the latest in LV system solutions and propose upgrades for existing and new clients

Qualification:

Degree/ Diploma in Electronics Engineering

Technical Skills :

⮚ Solution building for Security systems

⮚ Understanding operational concepts / schematics of systems & solutions

⮚ Researching new technologies and solutions in the market

⮚ Networking with LV system brands / OEMs

Competencies & Soft Skills :

⮚ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

⮚ Proactive and self-motivated

⮚ Effective communication in Hindi and English (written and verbal)

⮚ Proposal writing experience

Experience:

⮚ Total 4 to 5 years of experience in working on LV & security systems

⮚ Experience on successful project proposal writing

⮚ 1-2 years of experience at managing a team

Other requirements:

Ready to work under pressure and meticulously follow deadlines.

Willingness to travel as per work requirements (50%travel to client’s sites & 50% office work).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
