Techno-Functional Analyst (Corporate Lending Domain

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work closely with business teams in the corporate lending domain to understand processes like loan origination, credit approval, collateral management, and repayments.
• Collaborate with developers to design, implement, and optimize solutions.
• Review and provide feedback on Java and Oracle code, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Develop functional documentation, including process flows, BRDs, and system specifications.
• Support testing activities, including UAT, functional, and regression testing.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues in production.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including QA, Development, and Operations.

Required Skills:

• Domain Expertise: Corporate Lending, Loan Management Systems, Risk and Credit Analysis.
• Technical Skills:
• Java (Core, J2EE, Microservices experience preferable)
• Oracle (PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher)
• ERP/Banking applications knowledge
• Ability to review and understand Java code and Oracle procedures.
• Functional Skills: Requirement Analysis, Process Mapping, Documentation, User Story Creation.
