We are looking for a Business Analyst to act as the vital link between our business stakeholders and technical teams — turning business needs into clear functional specifications that drive impactful digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements & Analysis

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document business needs.
  • Translate business goals into structured, actionable requirements and user stories.
  • Define business rules, constraints, and measurable success criteria with stakeholder approval.

Functional Specification Development

  • Develop detailed functional specifications with mockups, workflows, and wireframes.
  • Document data models, business logic, and integration points to guide developers.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the development cycle.

Documentation & Version Control

  • Establish and maintain a centralized repository for all documentation.
  • Implement templates, version control standards, and traceability from BRD to UAT.
  • Create and maintain sustainable documentation practices that support long-term product growth.

UAT Planning & Testing

  • Develop comprehensive UAT test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
  • Create test cases to validate both business requirements and edge cases.
  • Facilitate UAT sessions, capture feedback, and manage approvals for release readiness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, preferably in fintech, digital banking, or tech-driven environments.
  • Proven expertise in producing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications (FSs).
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), APIs, and data structures.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Balsamiq, Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
