Job Description – Techno-Functional Consultant (Blue Yonder)

Location - Pune / Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Position Overview-

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Blue Yonder (BY) modules, specifically Demand Forecast, CMFP (Capacity & Merchandise Financial Planning), Fulfillment, and Assortment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical capability and functional supply chain planning knowledge, with proven experience in solution design, data conversion, and end-to-end implementation.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure Blue Yonder solutions are effectively implemented, optimized, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on expertise in Blue Yonder modules (Cloud based; *Must have requirement) : Demand Forecast, CMFP, Fulfillment, and Assortment.
• Support the data conversion activities, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
• Gather and define business requirements, analyze and map processes, and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
• Support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of BY solutions, services, and applications.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners) across solution design, integration, and operational execution.
• Drive discussions with business and IT leadership to ensure solutions meet supply chain planning and forecasting needs.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements, including building new functionality in Blue Yonder to meet evolving business requirements.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in solution architecture, performance, and scalability .
• Serve as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and successful delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder modules : Demand Forecast, CMFP, Fulfillment, and Assortment.
• Proven experience with data conversion processes in BY implementations.
• Strong background in supply chain planning, demand planning, and forecasting .
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions that align with business processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams , vendors, and system integrators through the full project lifecycle.
• Experience in building, enhancing, and supporting new BY functionality in production environments.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their impact on business outcomes.

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience in large-scale Blue Yonder implementations (demand /planning/fulfillment related).
• Familiarity with integration frameworks and working with cross-platform solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to balance functional needs and technical feasibility.
