Technology Analyst

We’re a boutique DC-area tech firm, and as our client portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who can deliver high-quality work, contribute to a positive team culture, and help bridge business needs with technical solutions.
As our Technology Analyst, you will:
- Take initiative in solving complex business and technical problems, working both independently and within cross-functional teams
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet project deadlines
- Operate comfortably in ambiguous environments, helping define solutions where requirements may not be fully formed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable solutions
- Analyze systems, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Support software development and testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations
- Contribute to the design, documentation, and validation of system enhancements and new capabilities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong understanding of information technology, systems architecture, and business applications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience (or Master’s Degree in lieu of experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients and internal teams
- Experience gathering requirements, developing user stories, and supporting system design
Technical & Functional Experience:
- Experience supporting or participating in software testing activities (e.g., test planning, execution, defect tracking)
- Ability to validate that systems meet functional and business requirements through structured testing approaches
- Familiarity with system development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience working with IT systems, applications, and devices in a business environment
- Ability to act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment
Tools & Skills:
- Proficiency with common business and technical tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Slack, Visio, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain a DoD Public Trust Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active DoD Public Trust Clearance

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
