Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects that align with organizational goals and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align project objectives. - Mentor junior professionals and support their development within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM). - Strong understanding of production planning processes and methodologies. - Experience with integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules. - Ability to analyze and optimize production workflows for efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
