Technology & Digital Transformation Manager

Position Objective:

The Technology & Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Foundation’s technology ecosystem, including LMS operations, website management, IT infrastructure, digital platforms, digital marketing initiatives, and overall organizational technology operations.

The role oversees the development, integration, and optimization of digital solutions to support organizational operations, enhance user experience, strengthen online engagement, and improve operational efficiency. This includes oversight of LMS platforms, website functionality, digital campaigns, AI-driven solutions, and organizational systems in alignment with the Foundation’s strategic objectives.

Al-Mauiza Foundation seeks a proactive, strategic, and solutions-driven technology professional capable of driving innovation and digital growth while ensuring efficient and reliable technology operations.

Responsibilities:

1. LMS Management & Digital Learning Systems

  • Lead the development, implementation, administration, and seamless operation of the LMS platform.
  • Manage course structures, user accounts, permissions, and LMS-related support queries.
  • Coordinate semester setup, course uploads, assessments, and reporting processes.
  • Monitor LMS performance, user engagement, and system functionality.
  • Generate periodic LMS analytics and operational reports.

2. Website Management & Development

  • Manage website development, maintenance, updates, and integrations.
  • Coordinate implementation of new features and user stories within the website framework.
  • Ensure website functionality, performance optimization, responsiveness, and security.
  • Coordinate with developers and vendors for technical improvements and issue resolution.
  • Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements for usability and engagement.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Platforms

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance indicators including CTR, CPC, ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Support social media platform management and digital growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate digital campaigns in alignment with organizational communication objectives.
  • Prepare and present digital campaign performance reports.

4. AI, Automation & Digital Transformation

  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and digital learning systems.
  • Explore emerging AI tools and technologies for process automation and personalization.
  • Support automation of organizational workflows and digital operations.
  • Recommend innovative digital solutions aligned with organizational growth and sustainability.

5. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

  • Oversee and maintain organizational IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, internet connectivity, servers, and end-user support.
  • Ensure smooth operation of organizational hardware, software, communication, and digital systems.
  • Monitor system performance, security, backups, and operational continuity.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues across departments.

6. IT Assets & Equipment Management

  • Manage organizational IT assets, including laptops, desktops, printers, biometric devices, networking equipment, and related accessories.
  • Maintain updated inventory records for all IT equipment, systems, and software licenses.
  • Coordinate procurement, installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of IT equipment and systems.
  • Ensure proper allocation, tracking, and safe handling of organizational technology assets.

7. Vendor & Project Management

  • Manage IT vendors, developers, software providers, and service partners.
  • Lead technology-related projects from planning through implementation.
  • Ensure projects are completed within timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Coordinate technology initiatives across departments to support operational objectives.

8. UX/UI & Digital Experience Enhancement

  • Design and improve UX/UI across LMS and website platforms.
  • Enhance user experience, accessibility, usability, and digital engagement.
  • Ensure consistency in digital interface standards and user journeys.
  • Conduct usability assessments and implement user-centered improvements.

9. Data Protection, Security & Compliance

  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and protection across all digital systems and platforms.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures, user access controls, backup protocols, and system protection standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and digital governance standards.
  • Monitor system vulnerabilities and coordinate corrective actions where required.

10. Reporting & Coordination

  • Generate monthly reports covering LMS analytics, website performance, digital campaign results, IT infrastructure status, and system performance.
  • Provide structured updates and recommendations to management regarding technology operations and digital initiatives.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure effective utilization of digital systems and technology solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (PMP, ITIL, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.) will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT management, digital systems, or technology leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, or similar systems.
  • Hands-on experience in website management, digital marketing campaigns, and paid social media advertising.
  • Experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong experience in cross-departmental coordination and project management.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong LMS administration and digital platform management expertise
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and campaign optimization
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and user experience enhancement
  • Knowledge of AI tools, automation systems, and emerging technologies
  • Solid understanding of networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and backup systems
  • Knowledge of web technologies, CMS platforms, APIs, and integrations
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple technology functions in a dynamic environment
