Technology Director

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a visionary Technology Director who will contribute to the digital sustainability of large-scale projects and implement cutting-edge technology solutions. The director will shape the company’s technology vision, establish scalable architectures through AI, IoT, and digital transformation solutions, and lead sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s long-term technology strategy,
• Lead projects in SAP ERP, IoT, OT/IT integration, AI/ML, and computer vision,
• Build secure, scalable, and high-performance architectures,
• Manage backend, frontend, MLOps, and DevOps processes,
• Build, scale, and manage technical teams with high efficiency,
• Implement cybersecurity, data management, and performance optimization strategies,
• Collaborate with product teams, business development, and investors to drive technological goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields,
• 15+ years of experience in software development / AI-ML engineering, and 3+ years in a leadership role as CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent,
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP ERP, IoT, industrial automation, and OT systems,
• Expertise in modern software technologies such as Python, C#, and React,
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow,
• Experience in developing cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP,
• Strong technical knowledge in microservices architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases,
• Experience in cybersecurity, data security, performance optimization, and system integration.
