Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy, aggressive (Sr.) Technology Enablement Manager with a Hunter mentality focused exclusively on acquiring net-new end customers for our full-stack solutions. Our business is built on providing the market's newest and best data center infrastructure, integrated with advanced software applications and frameworks. the primary mission is to proactively identify, target, and engage high-potential clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proactive Prospecting & Hunting: Relentlessly identify and hunt for high-potential, net-new end customers (e.g., AI-native companies, enterprise AI labs, FinTech, research institutions) who require end-to-end solutions, from best-in-class data center hardware to an integrated software and AI framework stack.
- Full-stack solution value proposition: Articulate our unique value proposition across our entire portfolio. Secure initial meetings with key technical and business decision-makers by demonstrating how our combined hardware, software, applications, and frameworks solve complex AI and data center challenges.
- Market Penetration Strategy: Go beyond analysis. Actively identify and exploit emerging market segments and workload trends that demand our complete, integrated infrastructure and software solutions.
- Opportunity Qualification & Sales Handover: Own the creation and development of a robust pipeline of new, qualified opportunities. The primary goal is to develop the opportunity to a pre-defined, qualified stage before handing it over to the designated sales team to close the deal.
- Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with internal technology teams to tailor full-stack solutions (Infra, Software, applications, and frameworks), demonstrating clear ROI and technical superiority to win competitive deals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration for Customer Success: Work closely with sales, pre-sales engineers, and product teams to ensure a seamless handover of the qualified opportunity, setting the stage for long-term customer success by accurately capturing and communicating the customer's technical and business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with server technologies (GPUs, CPUs, storage, networking, Liquid Cooling).
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
