Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technology Manager to join our IT team. Reporting to the IT Director, the Technology Manager’s primary responsibility would. Be to maintain IT systems and networks, optimize IT performance, provide technical support to end-user, and ensure that the technology infrastructure runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leveraging technology systems to streamline processes, improve efficiency and enhance overall business operations by implementing solutions to solve business problems and support the company’s goal.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows and system integration to optimize business processes and improve productivity
- Create seamless connections between various applications and systems through the usage of Zapier, AirTable, and other automation platform
- Configure and maintain APIs to enable data exchange and communication between different software application and platforms
- Develop and maintain documentation including technical specifications, process workflows, and integration documentation
- Present technology-related reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure and network resources, including servers, databases, websites, and mobile applications
- Coordinate system maintenance and upgrades to minimize downtime and optimize system performance
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal stakeholders for IT-related inquiries and issues
- Implement security measures to safeguard the organizations assets and data breaches
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic improvements
Requirements and Key Skills
- Must be proficient in tools such as Zapier and Airtable
- Strong experience in workflow automations and data management
- Strong knowledge of GSuite, Hubspot, DNS management and Wordpress
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- 2-3 years of experience in IT system integration, automation, or related field
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System or other related field
Qualifications
- Experience working with APIs and web services to enable data exchange between systems
- Familiarity with MySQL databases and AWS is an asset
- Proven track record of Hands-on technical involvement related to automations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must have work-from-home office set up

Pay: E£105,399.20 - E£184,448.00 per month
