Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Install, configure, and update software applications on end-user devices

Conduct hardware diagnostics and repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, etc

Manage Hyde Park's servers and network infrastructure

Administer and troubleshoot email system, network and internet connection, server's software and hardware related problems

Monitor LAN/WAN performance and availability providing second level support for all IT related issues

Determine software and hardware requirements to ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and services

Install and configure computer hardware operating systems, applications, and IP phones

Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks including troubleshooting for system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults

Set up new users' accounts and profiles, deal with password issues, and support management in all IT related topics
Manage all IT assets including performing regular checks and maintenance on computer equipment, maintaining an up-to-date register of all equipment, and purchasing all IT requirements
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Bachelor`s degree in IT, Computer Science or any relevant discipline

Experience in computer hardware and software installing

Strong experience in servers management, security measures, and data protection
