System configuration and workflow implementation 

Documentation, SOP development, and training content 

Support testing, rollout, and optimization

Technology procurement transformation, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) & Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation, strategic sourcing, cloud & licensing optimization, and governance development.
