Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems that span multiple business system components, ensuring operational stability across the organization. You will create and implement Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams is essential as you assist in issue analysis and resolution, contributing to a seamless operational environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their understanding of network infrastructures. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network security practices and tools. - Ability to implement and manage network monitoring solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
