We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations in Turkey and Central Asia (including Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, etc.) for TECO Energy Solutions. The successful candidate will drive business development, manage projects, and coordinate with TECO global teams to deliver innovative energy solutions to industrial customers.


1. Lead sales and business development for:

  • LV and MV TECO Electric Motors.
  • VFDs, PLCs, and Servo Packs.
  • Electric Power Equipment.
  • Emerging technologies in Electric Vehicles and Power Infrastructure for selected niche markets

2. Manage medium-voltage electric motor and drive projects, ensuring clear communication between customers and TECO HQ Engineering.

3. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

4. Ensure on-time management of customer orders.

5. Prepare and deliver regular sales and project activity reports.

6. Identify synergies with Motovario teams to promote Integrated Power Transmission (IPT) solutions.


Requirement:

  1. Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering or related field
  2. Proven sales experience in industrial electrical products such as electric motors, drives, and power equipment.
  3. Solid understanding of industrial market dynamics in Turkey and Central Asia.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multinational teams
  6. Language requirements: fluent Turkish and fluent English.
