E-Commerce Manager
" to join our team at Rixos Headquarters, one of the most prestigious units of our group.
Responsibilities:

Oversee all digital distribution channels to ensure a seamless experience across OTAs, brand websites, and GDS, maximizing room revenue and occupancy,

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies that enhance the hotel’s online presence and align with Rixos Hotel’s luxury brand standards,

Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to execute pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies that drive direct bookings and optimize distribution costs,

Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and booking behaviors to adjust strategies in real time for optimal performance,

Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and exclusive packages tailored to target markets,

Conduct regular audits of third-party platforms to ensure accuracy in hotel descriptions, room rates, and availability,

Track and analyze the performance of digital channels, identifying areas for improvement and new opportunities to increase profitability,

Produce booking trend analyses and forecasts to support demand management and pricing strategies,

Ensure all guest issues or complaints related to digital bookings are handled professionally and resolved promptly.
Requirements:

Proven experience in e-commerce, revenue management, or digital distribution within the luxury hospitality sector,

Strong understanding of digital distribution platforms including OTAs, GDS, brand websites, and direct booking systems,

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive revenue growth,

Proficiency in managing multiple digital platforms and optimizing pricing strategies,

Fluency in English,
