Horizon Tech is looking for an E-commerce Platform Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations specific to the assigned e-commerce platform to ensure smooth business functioning and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management on the platform.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, customer service) to streamline operations.
- Track and analyze operational performance, resolving issues proactively.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of platform-specific tools and dashboards (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.).
- Proven experience in operations management, e-commerce, or online marketplaces.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or a related field.
- Professional certifications in e-commerce, supply chain, or digital marketing will be an added advantage.

- Job Timings: Night shift following US EST (Full Time).
- Office location: Shaheed-E-Millat Road, off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
