Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Success Manager to oversee and enhance the post-purchase experience for our e-commerce customers. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in order processing, who thrives on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step of the order journey.

As the Customer Success Manager, you will be the key point of contact for ensuring smooth order operations, addressing customer concerns, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the end-to-end order processing cycle across multiple platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Website, etc.)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer-related order inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Track shipment progress and proactively update customers on order status
• Resolve post-order issues such as delays, returns, cancellations, or damaged goods
• Maintain accurate and organized order records and documentation
• Collaborate with the customer service and technical teams to improve service delivery and customer retention
• Identify opportunities to streamline order processes and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce order processing or related customer-facing roles
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu (verbal & written)
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with order or customer management systems
• Must be based in Karachi and available to work onsite at our DHA Phase 6 office
• Female candidates preferred
