We are looking for a
Technical Office Engineer
to join our group company
AFG Çelik Yapı ve Kimya.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree from Civil Engineering or related departments of universities,
-
Min 3 years
of experience in contracting and planning of national and international EPC projects (also site experience will be plus),
-
Knowledge of site applications and multi-disciplinary understanding of project design required
-
Knowledge of construction project management process and standards, tender and proposal preparation, international regulations and specifications, contracting management, purchasing, business improvement and quality management.

Knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP (plus) and project management tools (especially MS Project and Primavera)
-
Travel flexibility within Turkey and abroad.
-
Fluency on English and Turkish.
Job Description
With the guidance of Project Executive;
-
Prepare proposal estimates using a combination of quantities of technical specifications, cost studies, current production rates and similar proposals,
-
Prepare request for proposals to subcontractors or suppliers,
-
Preparation of the proposed methodology (in co-operation with the Manager and Operations), the proposed construction program and the procurement and all documents required for the submission of the proposal,
-
Prepare and issue review documents for project committee meetings,
-
Preparation of information required for project follow-up, reporting and month close processes.
