Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, sharing product/service details, and converting leads into sales. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the given database.

Explain products or services to customers and pitch the sales offering.

Generate interest and qualify leads.

Follow up with interested customers and close the sale.

Maintain records of calls and leads in the CRM system.

Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

0–1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (Freshers welcome).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to speak clearly and confidently in [mention languages, e.g., English/Hindi/Regional language].

Basic knowledge of sales techniques is a plus.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Basic computer knowledge.
