Job Overview:

We are hiring Male Telecallers for our Personal Loan Sales Department. The role includes calling potential customers, generating leads, explaining product details, and providing basic customer support during the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan products.

Generate leads and follow up to ensure conversion.

Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

Maintain and update customer records in the system.

Provide post-call support and resolve basic customer queries.

Meet daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Language: Marathi preferred (with Hindi/English).

Gender: Male candidates only.

Age: Below 26 years.

Skills: Good communication, persuasive speaking, confidence, and a result-oriented mindset.

Job Details:

Work Type: In-office

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Salary: ₹17500-21,000 + Attractive Incentives

Travel: Sometimes required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
