Tele Caller Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Caller to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients via telephone to promote our services, generate leads, and support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and ideally speak Spanish. Duties

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services

Handle client queries and provide accurate information professionally

Maintain and update client records in the system

Follow up with clients to ensure smooth communication and successful conversions

Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals

Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience

• Prior experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or customer service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is preferred
• Strong command of English; proficiency in Hindi is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
