Tele Calling Executive

• Outbound calling: Make calls to prospects to introduce products/services, explain features and benefits, and persuade them to purchase or take a desired action.
• Inbound call handling: Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints or issues.
• Lead generation and management: Identify potential customers, follow up on leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales, and feedback in a database or CRM system.
• Customer service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Target achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
