Job Description

BHAVYANSH ENTERPRISES is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Appointment Scheduling Executive to support our business outreach activities. This role focuses on communicating with business representatives and arranging meetings for our internal sales team. The position is remote and requires consistency, clear communication, and the ability to follow established processes.

As an Appointment Scheduling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business contacts using approved communication channels such as phone calls, emails, or messaging platforms. Your primary objective will be to confirm interest, collect basic information, and schedule appointments according to predefined guidelines. This role does not involve closing sales and is focused on coordination and scheduling tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact business prospects to arrange appointments based on provided criteria.
  • Confirm essential business details before scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and appointments.
  • Follow assigned daily and weekly scheduling targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of scheduled appointments.
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with all contacts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in appointment scheduling, customer coordination, or sales support is preferred but not required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM systems or record management tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to follow structured work processes and schedules.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹15,000, based on experience and performance.
