We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, promote company products/services, and support the sales team through effective customer communication. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided data
  • Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
  • Update CRM or daily call reports regularly
  • Handle customer queries and provide basic product information
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
  • Coordinate with the sales team for closures and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in telecalling / telemarketing (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to handle rejection positively
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in B2B or B2C tele-sales
  • Exposure to industries like Solar, Real Estate, Finance, or Services (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
