We are looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive to generate leads, promote company products/services, and support the sales team through effective customer communication. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided data
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Follow up with existing and potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
- Update CRM or daily call reports regularly
- Handle customer queries and provide basic product information
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in telecalling / telemarketing (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to handle rejection positively
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B or B2C tele-sales
- Exposure to industries like Solar, Real Estate, Finance, or Services (preferred but not mandatory)
