The Tele Counsellor will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to patients, providing accurate information about hospital services, appointments, treatments, and follow-ups. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to guide patients professionally over the phone.

The Tele Counsellor will counsel patients regarding consultations, procedures, camps, and offers, while maintaining proper call records and ensuring a positive patient experience. They will coordinate with doctors, front office, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and timely follow-ups.

The role also includes appointment scheduling, lead follow-up, conversion tracking, and handling patient queries or concerns with patience and clarity. Maintaining confidentiality, following hospital protocols, and achieving call targets are essential aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
  • Counsel patients about hospital services, doctors, and procedures
  • Fix and confirm appointments
  • Follow up on enquiries, leads, and missed calls
  • Coordinate with front office and clinical teams
  • Address patient concerns politely and professionally
  • Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or Diploma (any stream)
  • Good communication skills in English and local language
  • Pleasant voice and patient-friendly attitude
  • Experience in healthcare / telecalling preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
