Tele-Marketer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Marketer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales. You will play a key role in increasing revenue by turning prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Deliver scripted sales pitches and adjust presentations based on customer responses.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Record customer information, feedback, and sales outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments if necessary.
• Stay informed about product details, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [ insurance, real estate, etc.].
• Strong problem-solving skills.
