Tele Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with customers over the phone, explaining products/services, generating leads, and maintaining healthy client relations.

Key Tasks:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly to clients.
• Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
• Generate leads, schedule meetings, and follow up with prospects.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback to the sales/marketing team for improvement.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
• Ability to handle conversations patiently and professionally.
• Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing is preferred; freshers may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
