Tele Marketing Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication and persuasive skills. This role requires a blend of marketing acumen, project management abilities, and strong analytical skills to drive successful outcomes in a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
• Utilise effective communication skills to engage potential customers and build rapport.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Analyse customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly using analysis skills.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on SEO strategies and email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, responses received, and follow-up actions required using Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends in B2B marketing to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role within a B2B context.
• Experience in Pharma Industries will be on priority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with WordPress for content management is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Google Ads for advertising campaigns is preferred.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
