Position: Tele Marketing ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to generate leads for various design and architecture coaching programs.
• Provide detailed information about the institute, courses, admission procedures, and benefits.
• Maintain a database of inquiries and follow up to ensure maximum conversion.
• Counsel students over phone calls and assist in resolving queries.
• Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to achieve enrollment targets.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while handling prospects.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (any stream) with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing/counseling will be preferred.
• Ability to engage confidently with parents and students.
• Strong persuasive and convincing abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
