Tele Marketing Executive

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and Answer questions about our products & services or the company details for closing the sales.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM
• Assist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databases
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Analyze, report, and communicate sales trends, customer patterns, and competitor activity
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
