Job Summary
The objective and key responsibilities of a tele marketing executive typically revolve around effective communication and customer interaction
Objective & Kay Responsibilities –
Customer Engagement- Engage with customers over the phone to promote products, services, or offers.
Lead Generation - Identify and qualify potential leads through conversations with customers.
Customer Satisfaction- Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Conversion- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and features.
Data Collection- Gather relevant information from customers for future follow-ups or database maintenance.
Product Knowledge-Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the products or services offered by the company to effectively address customer queries and concerns.
Maintain Report- Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers to enhance their experience and increase the likelihood of sales.
Handling Objections- Address customer objections or concerns regarding products, pricing, or services in a professional and persuasive manner to overcome barriers to sales.
Recording Information-Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the company's database or CRM system for future reference and analysis
Meeting Target-Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales targets set by the company.
Feedback & Reporting-Provide feedback to supervisors regarding customer responses, market trends, and suggestions for improvement. Generate regular reports on call outcomes and performance metrics
Compliance- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards while interacting with customers and handling their data
