Tele Marketing Executive

• Outbound Calling: Contact potential/existing customers to promote products/services.
• Inbound Handling: Answer incoming calls and address customer queries, issues, or complaints.
• Lead Generation/Sales: Convert prospects into customers, generate sales opportunities, and meet targets.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM, and log call details.
• Customer Engagement: Provide information, resolve issues, follow up, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Record feedback and relay it to relevant departments for improvement.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
