Job Summary
We are hiring a confident and target-driven Tele Sales Executive in Karachi to sell and generate leads for our technology services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, AI Automation, Software Support, etc.). The role involves outbound calling, follow-ups, lead qualification, and booking meetings/closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses and introduce our tech services
- Generate and qualify leads, understand client needs, and pitch relevant solutions
- Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales team or close deals directly (as assigned)
- Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn to move prospects forward
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, notes, follow-ups, pipeline status)
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and activity KPIs
- Handle objections professionally and negotiate within approved pricing
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and project details
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in tele sales / B2B sales / call center sales (IT/services preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English + Urdu)
- Confident on calls, good negotiation, and strong follow-up habits
- Comfortable working with targets and reporting
- Basic understanding of IT/tech services (or willingness to learn quickly)
- CRM experience is a plus (HubSpot/Zoho/Pipedrive/etc.)

- Experience selling to UAE/US/UK clients
- LinkedIn outreach and cold email experience
- Proposal and pricing exposure
