Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Executive who will be required to visit the market, meet dealers, contractors, and clients, and generate sales orders related to laminate & wooden flooring and other related interior products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily market visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Promote company products including laminate flooring, wooden flooring, and related interior solutions.
  • Generate sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
  • Prepare daily visit reports and update sales activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and price comparisons.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely coordination with the supply and operations team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in sales (construction/interior/wood flooring industry preferred).
  • Must be willing to visit markets daily (Field Sales).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets and work independently.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
