Qualification:

• Intermediate / Graduate
• Good communication skills in English & Urdu
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Tele Sales / Call Center
• Experience in customer dealing and sales handling will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for sales and marketing purposes
• Introduce company products and services professionally
• Generate sales leads and maintain customer follow-up
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Maintain daily call reports and customer records
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams when required
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Fluent in English and Urdu
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Positive attitude and professional behavior

Saturday & Sunday are Working day.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour
