Tele Sales Agent- Real Estate (Female) - (High Commission + Salary)

Job Description:

As a Real Estate Tele sales Executive(Female Arabic+ Europe), you'll be at the forefront of our sales funnel — engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, booking meetings, and supporting successful deal closures. You’ll also play a key role in documenting transactions and ensuring commission processes run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in the UAE real estate market.
• Proficiency in English is a must; other languages (Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, Spanish, Dutch) are a bonus.
• Strong phone communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
