About Us

AIMS Contact Technologies is a dynamic call center specializing in outbound B2B campaigns for UK clients working from Last 17 years. We’re looking for energetic, goal-driven individuals to join our telesales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to UK-based clients
• Pitch services/products and close sales
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records

Requirements

• Age: 18–27 years
• Minimum Intermediate education
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to work - Evening shift (UK hours - 3pm till 12 am )
• Sales experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome

Shift Timing

• 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Includes multiple breaks)
• Alternate Saturdays Off

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: PKR 35,000/month
• Dependability Allowance: PKR 7,200/month
• Fuel Allowance: PKR 300/day
• Salary Package upon confirmation: PKR 50,000+ allowances
• Commission: starts from 5000 - 10,000 per sale
• Bonuses: Monthly, Quarterly, Annual
• Women Empowerment Bonus for female employees
