Job Responsibilities:

✔ Make outbound calls to promote products & services
✔ Communicate value clearly and generate customer interest
✔ Identify customer needs & suggest suitable solutions
✔ Upsell products & close sales effectively
✔ Maintain accurate call records & CRM updates
✔ Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction

Skills & Requirements:

✔ Proven telesales / call center experience
✔ Excellent communication & convincing skills
✔ Strong negotiation & closing abilities
✔ Target-driven & result-oriented mindset
✔ CRM & call handling system knowledge
✔ Excellent spoken & written English
