Position: Tele Sales and Marketing

Experience: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

· Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

· Promote and explain our software solutions and consultancy services.

· Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.

· Maintain a database of customer information and communication.

· Collaborate with the marketing and development team to tailor pitches.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

· Provide feedback from clients to help improve our offerings.

Requirements:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proven experience in tele sales, marketing, or a related role (preferred but not mandatory).

· Basic understanding of software products and services.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Goal-oriented with a passion for customer engagement.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

· Fluency in English
