Key Responsibilities

• Engage with US-based customers over the phone to promote products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to improve performance and achieve collective goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or call center operations.
• Excellent spoken English with clear communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
• Female candidates only (on-site role). (Pick & Drop facility provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
