We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Tele-Sales / Coordination Executive to support our land, LCL, FCL, and FTL freight movement operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with the sales team, drivers, and operations team, ensuring smooth job execution from booking to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day land, LCL, FCL, and FTL jobs with drivers, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Follow up on leads and update tele-sales tracking sheets.
• Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and job updates.
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and assist in quoting where required.
• Ensure timely communication of job status and updates to all relevant departments.
• Coordinate with drivers for pickups, deliveries, and job progress.
• Maintain job records and provide daily updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Hindi language is mandatory (must be able to speak and understand clearly).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics coordination or tele-sales.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Hindi is mandatory).
• Good understanding of land transportation, LCL/FCL, and FTL freight handling.
• Familiarity with coordination tools (Excel, WhatsApp tracking, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.
