At V Perfumes, we are passionate about delivering authentic fragrances and exceptional customer experiences across the UAE and GCC. We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales & Customer Care Executive to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The Telesales & Customer Care Executive is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales growth. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and providing accurate product information to enhance customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Provide accurate information regarding:
• Store locations
• Product availability
• Perfume prices
• Ongoing promotions and offers
• Assist customers with online payment options, including:
• Instalment plans
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Direct payments
• Track shipments and provide timely delivery updates.
• Assure customers about product authenticity and quality standards.
• Address and resolve customer concerns such as:
• Complaints
• Technical issues
• Escalate store-related complaints to respective area managers when required.

Work Environment

• Customer interactions will take place via phone calls, email, live chat, and online platforms.
• Fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Team collaboration with stores, logistics, and management teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and calmly.
• Experience in telesales, retail, e-commerce, or customer service is an advantage.
• Knowledge of perfumes and fragrance products is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
