Job Description:
E&V Group in Dubai is looking for energetic and result-driven Tele Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should be with a proven background in tele sales or customer service. Candidates with experience in interior design, real estate, or construction industries will be preferred, but it’s not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote company services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain detailed call records.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and other team members for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Positive attitude and strong customer focus.

Offer & Benefits:

• Base Salary + Commission and benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
• Base Salary depends on experience:
• Junior (1–3 years): AED 4,500 – 6,000
• Senior (4+ years): AED 6,500 – 8,000+
• Additional incentives for top performers.
