Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar products and services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and persuasively.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information and follow-up activities.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through courteous and professional communication.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.

Requirements

  • Must have an interest in telemarketing and sales.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Malayalam and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience in using CRM or call management tools preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
