Job Overview:
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive with at least two years of experience in product selling and cold calling. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products clearly, and driving consistent sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Generate leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
• Present product features and benefits in a simple and convincing way.
• Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales or product selling.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
