Job Summary

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our growing interior design firm. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring smooth communication between our designers, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who can manage documentation with ease and provide excellent administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and project proposals using MS Excel and Word.
  • Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
  • Lead Management: Maintain and update the client database (CRM) and follow up on potential leads.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate meetings between clients and the design team; manage project timelines.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly sales reports and track project expenses using Excel.
  • Coordination: Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Requirements & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business or Design background is a plus).
  • Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, tables) and MS Word.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, able to multi-task, and possesses a "problem-solving" attitude.
  • Industry Experience: 2years experience in interiors, real estate, or architecture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
